The database file (* .kwr) contains data about the kiosk work. If you have to reinstall the operating system you can import this database file to continue statistic data.

You can also attach a database file to a service request.

To locate the database file, follow these steps:

Step 1

Launch the configuration tool.

Step 2

Click the Help tab and next click the Eksport icon.


Step 3

Select a location and save your database file: *.kwr.

NOTE: The export option is available from InfoTouch v.1.7.5 .

For older versions of InfoTouch, please locate a database file: *.db. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Open the InfoTouch installation directory. The application is installed by default in C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\InfoTouch\InfoTouch Professional (example path for InfoTouch Professsional).

2. Open the 'data' subdirectory .


3. Find the database file - itProfessional.db (example for InfoTouch Professsional) and copy it.
